Operational Efficiencies: Drive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale. Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing operational workflows. Go-To-Market Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Go-To-Market models and conduct regular business and resource planning. Sales Process Discipline: Ensure the disciplined execution of account management strategies and sales processes. Drive consistency and adherence to established processes across the sales organization. Strategic Partner to Senior Management: Act as a key member for Saas VMC organization, planning, and partnering with all to deliver against booking targets and business priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with teams from Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, BI, etc to support various aspects of sales operations, planning, and reporting. Sales Forecasting: Drive sales forecasting, planning, and overall business management cadence. Generate and analyze weekly and quarterly forecast and performance metric reports for multiple levels of sales management. Quota Management: Work with sales management to develop, report, and inspect key sales productivity metrics, recommend opportunities for improvement, and regularly update quotas and sales plans. Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to sort through data, identify key issues, and support critical strategic decisions.
