Apr. 1989 - Apr. 2005Directed a team of marketing and communications professionals responsible for the production of all print and digital materials for AT&T Wireless including: • Wroting sales copy, designing layout and managing Production, for all Marketing Materials for the company on a national basis, including Online, Direct Mail, POS and POP, Brochures, Customer Newsletters, Store Signage and Catalogs.
• Managing a team of 10 Marketing professionals responsible for Production, Print and Distribution of all Marketing Materials for the company on a National basis.
• Creating and implementing a revolutionary Mapping technology for the process and design of all Coverage Area Maps for the Nation (1,912 versioned maps, Nationwide).
• Designing and Implementing a proprietary software/map production system resulting in increased customer satisfaction, decreased churn and improved accuracy from 54% to 99% error-free Maps.
• Implementing Automated Page Layout and Production tools resulting in an annual savings of $17M.
• Managing the National Marcom Budget of $150M for all Marketing Communications materials, including Copy, Design, Print & Distribution.
