Sep. 2021 - May. 2022Leading UNLEASH's transition to a global innovation program for sustainability. As Program Lead, and then Innovation & Impact Manager, I had the responsibility of designing, planning, running and refining all of the UNLEASH programs. I also managed most workstreams of the UNLEASH Secretariat, including Programs, Communications, Community, M&E and coordinating our Innovation Advisory Board. Since then, we have: - Coordinated over 60 two-day hackathons for the SDGs in over 30 countries, enabling 2000 young people to innovate and generating about 450 new solutions - Run three cohorts of our incubation program, supporting over 180 very early-stage impact ventures to launch their SDG solutions from around the world. - Trained over 100 facilitators, who will, in turn, facilitate other youth innovation. - Totalled a community of 5000+ community members, all taking action towards the SDGs.

May. 2020 - Aug. 2021Copenhagen, Capital Region, DenmarkLeading the design, planning, and execution of the UNLEASH programs: UNLEASH Hacks: localized, scalable, and cost-efficient innovation processes designed to address sustainability challenges in specific contexts around the world by leveraging the methodology of the UNLEASH Innovation Lab. To best address local challenges, 3 different Hack formats are available and tailored to specific goals: problem-solving, prototyping, and solution implementing. Key results in 2020 • # of Hacks: 19 Problem-solving Hacks, 2 Prototyping Hacks, and 1 Implementing Hack • Engagement: 1,000+ talents, facilitators, experts, and judges engaged • # and Stage of Solutions: 146 new ideas to address the SDGs • Geographical Focus: 14 countries • # of organizations: 120 organizations engaged • Grants Disbursed: USD 19,000 for development of Hack Solutions UNLEASH Plus: a tailored 6-month incubation program for teams building an SDG solution, giving access to knowledge, mentorship, and a global network of partners. It includes a week with world-class experts in the UNLEASH host city (online this year) and enables the best teams to pitch to funders each awarding a minimum of $10,000. Building on the UNLEASH methodology, the goal is that teams design their solutions and organizations for scaled impact, and bring them successfully to market. Key results in 2020 • Engagement: 198 talents, 25 facilitators, 17 experts, and 80+ Specialists • # of Teams: 52 • Geographic Reach: 27 countries and 45 nationalities • Grants Disbursed: USD 75,000 for further development of their solutions

May. 2019 - May. 2020Copenhagen Area, DenmarkConceptualizing, designing, and launching UNLEASH+, a 6-month pre-acceleration program designed specifically for UNLEASH talent alumni to further develop and fully prepare to launch a prototyped solution addressing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At the core of this is an intensive one-week bootcamp, where returning talents will create a full business case supported by world-class experts, and have the opportunity to leverage the local ecosystem and pitch to a board of funders.
