I entered and took over a department that had not had a present leader for a long time. The task involved developing the concept, process optimization, and focusing on streamlining workflows through automation. Daily management of a team of searchers/salespeople, as well as achieving my own sales targets. Executing on (canvas) sales and ensuring that we had several exciting venture companies to present at our monthly events/partner meetings (for approximately 150-200 people) each month. My tasks were varied and included creating a culture supported by well-being by fostering alignment and motivation, thereby achieving higher performance. Furthermore, I had close collaboration with our marketing department and event manager, actively participating in initiatives to strengthen our branding, including Employer Branding and facilitating monthly events for 150-200 people.
