Naast de rol van testmanager voor diverse projecten was hij ook verantwoordelijk om het testen van software door het functioneel beheer team binnen DBV te professionaliseren. Hiervoor heeft Antoin een maatwerk testbeleid opgesteld en met het bijbehorende testproces binnen DBV geïmplementeerd. Vanuit dit testbeleid is requirementsmanagement geïntroduceerd door gebruik te maken van een Requirements, Acceptatiecriteria en Risico lijst (de RAR), zijn de functioneel beheerders getraind in het gebruik van de TMap Next testtechnieken. Er is een releaseplanning geïntroduceerd, er zijn regressietesten opgezet voor de in beheer zijnde applicaties, de testtool Practitest is verder geïmplementeerd als testmanagement tool.
Daarnaast is een dedicated testruimte voor de functioneel beheer groep gerealiseerd en zijn de kaders voor een passende acceptatie omgeving, gehost door diverse leveranciers, gezet die wordt geïmplementeerd. Naast het opzetten van een representatieve acceptatie omgeving zijn ook de beheerprocessen voor de acceptatieomgeving geïmplementeerd. Resultaten:

De nieuwe werkplek biedt de BZ ambtenaar de mogelijkheid om plaats en tijd onafhankelijk te kunnen werken. Naast de rol van testmanager iDiplomatie was hij ook verantwoordelijk om het software testen door het functioneel beheer team binnen DBV te professionaliseren. Hiervoor heeft Antoin een op ITIL/ BiSL gebaseerd maatwerk testbeleid opgesteld en het bijbehorende testproces binnen DBV geimplementeerd. Deze aanpak is bruikbaar voor zowel Agile als de meer traditionele omgevingen en omvat de gehele pipline van requirements tot en met in beheername. Vanuit de taakstelling van het ministerie Buitenlandse Zaken zijn sequrity en privacy belangrijke aspecten binnen de opzet van het testbeleid.

Antoin was responsible for this presentation from design to execution using state of the art techniques like the Microsoft Smart Table (Pixel Sense). After the World Congress a new way was found to support the ITS message, using gamification. This is used during the E Challange organized by the ANWB in Valkenburg and at the end event of the EcoMove project in Aachen.

ICT, such as the applications developed for eCoMove, specially configured targeting avoidable fuel consumption have the potential to achieve a cleaner and more energy efficient mobility of goods and people. By applying the latest vehicle to (road side) infrastructure, the project will create an integrated solution comprising eco driving support and eco traffic management to tackle the main sources of energy waste by passenger and goods vehicles. In the eCoMove project several (OEM) automotive companies and IT companies are working together in a consortium. Antoin task was to coordinate the verification activities in this project.

The front end of this new systems is coupled via SOA with the existing back end systems. In this project Antoin joined in a late stadium to manage the test processes. He managed the System Integration Test and the Functional Acceptance Test execution and lead the preparation for the User Acceptance Test. This resulted in a successful execution of the User Acceptance Tests and the S3C system being operational.
