• Review portfolios of new land, capacity.
• Responsible for generating the guidelines of the strategic plan corresponding to the company. • Leading digital transformation process.
• weekly, monthly, and annual planning of sales goals.
• Design and supervise pricing policies and sales conditions.
• Supervision of the sales force.
• Hold weekly meetings to analyze particular cases and progress status.
• Define and propose to directors the objectives and commercial policies of the company and control their implementation and results. • Detects business opportunities in new developments.
• Establish performance measurement indicators for the different processes of the Commercial area.
• Calculation of deviations from those objectives that were not being met.
• Collection, review, analysis, preparation of reports and communication of performance indicators of marketing, sales, operations and customer service processes.
• Establish commercial agreements with banks for credit conditions for customers.
