Managed closure of TSA’s resulting from separation from DOW-DuPont to ensure all dependency was removed in alignment with the separation plan, and within budget. Established a baseline template to enable annual budgeting process; collaborated across teams to remove redundancy, aggregate work with vendors to drive better savings, and allow transparency in licensing and software costs. Implemented a project management solution to drive consistency in delivery and reporting of status and spend. Enabled real-time analytics for Business Partners. Drove governance and post-delivery assessments of all significant projects to ensure constant process improvement.
