seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience I have successfully led and managed complex health services and workforce development projects in various countries, including Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Thailand. I have worked in collaboration with the Health Facilities Standards branch during my time with Port Moresby General Hospital and as an advisor to the Eastern Highlands Provincial Health Administration. I have established relationships with government, private sector and technical agencies and have a high-level understanding of the health environment in Papua New Guinea. In my most recent role as Chief Executive Officer at Australian Doctors International (ADI), I significantly increased organizational revenue, localized operations, and led change projects that enhanced knowledge management, procurement, and financial systems. During my tenure, I successfully developed and implemented a new strategic plan, including a robust localisation strategy and program theory of change. This involved initiating and completing change projects that streamlined knowledge management systems, implemented a new Client Management System, and introduced a new digital M&E system, among other key improvements. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in expanding ADI's operations to an additional province and opening a national office in Port Moresby, building the profile and reputation of ADI at the national level. As a very hands on CEO, I regularly visited all of ADI’s offices and provided programatic and leadership advice, coaching and mentoring to Provincial Managers and other staff.
