Contributed to extraordinary growth of conversion rate in the internet-based transaction system - 83% between April and August 2014 and significant online sales growth based on performance-based advertising tools. Neckermann Poland won the first prize at the Ekomers Poland contest, in the category “The best consumer shopping experience in different sales & media channels”. Ekomers is the best-known contest in the eCommerce industry in Poland rewarding companies which solutions influence the Polish Internet sales market. In the same category, there were some great companies such as: ITAKA, Decathlon, Wittchen, eobuwie.pl, Mirat.pl, Internet Bookstore PWN & Futuremed. The selection of winners takes place in two steps: customers online voting and expert choice. The special jury is composed out of industry professionals and journalists who decide on the best online shopping solutions in the country. The prize is the effect of a close cooperation between Optimise Performance Agency and Neckermann Podróże, translated into a growth of reservations forms (521 % more in the first six months of 2016), the growth of callcenter contacts (198%) as well as the growth of the average reservation value by 7%.
