The program takes us through training on the retail sector of the bank, thus enabling us to understand how the retail section of the bank works. - Experienced a short term as a Teller/Cashier * Handled day to day cash and cheque transactions of the customers - Experienced as a Customer Relationship Representative * Handled new accounts and credit cards applications * Sold personal loans and credit cards to customers * Handled account transfers, managers cheques, demand drafts, and telegraphic transfers * Handling customer complaints and advising customers on products that would best suit them - Experienced as an Assistant Manager * Handled approvals for account transfers, managers cheques, demand drafts, and telegraphic transfers * Initiated plans / road maps for each staff in the branch * Worked in getting new clients to create accounts, buy credit cards and have loans * Routine quality and quantity checks were made to comply with risk department * Assessed and gave a performance appraisal for each staff in the branch
