Jul. 2021 - Dec. 2023Dubai, United Arab EmiratesThe company was acquired by Etisalat in Dec 2021 with the purpose to expand its business to the grocery delivery domain. 1m orders reached in Jan 2023 As the Lead Product Designer for a grocery delivery company acquired by Etisalat in December 2021, my role involves building a grocery shopping super app and overseeing the design of various platforms including mobile (iOS, Android), tablet (Android), and web. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, I am responsible for designing and managing the development of the shopper app, order processing and management app, shopper website, driver app, and picker app. Additionally, I am tasked with managing a remote design team, actively participating in the hiring process, and contributing to the company's rapid growth and success. With over 1 million orders reached in January 2023, my role is integral in expanding the business to the grocery delivery domain and delivering a top-notch user experience to customers.
