The role of social media influencers in luxury fashion houses development, marketing, and PR strategies', defines social media influencers and their current market value. It shows how to use influencer marketing for optimal delivery of marketing and PR strategies. In case studies supporting the theory are shown examples of the concepts in luxury brands campaigns exploring best practices. Social media influencers are split into types and the chapters explore the different nuances of influencer marketing that brands should be aware of ─ sincerity, sense of community and power. Influencers can be used as a transmedia to gain loyal customers for brands through emotional branding.
