Since May 2023: - Leading 3 Internal outbound SDRs + 1 Part-Time Lead sourcer (setting up SDR Playbook, onboarding best practices, Performance reviews, etc).
- Leading 3 Internal Inbound BDRs (setting up SDR Play book, onboarding best practices, Performance reviews, etc). Since January 2023: - Leading 3 Internal SDRs & 1 full cycle AE. (setting up SDR Play book, onboarding best practices, Performance reviews, etc).
- Leading (performance reviews, 1-on-1's, training, strategy, etc.) outbound agency with 8 SDRs (Cold Callers) & 1 SDR manager
- Implementing "The Beauty & The Beast" & adding new prospecting techniques (Video, Gifs, Voice notes) + AI-powered copywriting tools for efficiency increase. Since September 2022: - 25% of time hiring 5 Internal SDRs & setting up SDR Playbook, onborading best practice, etc.
- 25% of time managing (performance reviews, 1-on-1's, training, strategy, etc.) outbound agency with 16 SDRs (Cold Callers) & 1 SDR manager
- 50 % of my time in closing AE role
