Creation and implementation of the Marketing Operations area, controlling budget and performance per country, product category and marketing program. Responsible for planning and producing a rebranding strategy for the company’s online presence, editorial design and publications, increasing customers´ perception on healthy food, plant-based industry and AI. Responsible for coordinating marketing strategies together with sales to increase market share
