• Ensure all frontline training and organizational compliance needs are met across 20 locations globally, for over 8000 employees annually.
• Direct and manage all employee communications regarding new learning opportunities and incompletions of required modules.
• Ensure the success and continuous improvement of all learning content and platforms, maximizing the value of training investments in employee learning and development programs across multiple learning platforms and providers.
• Identify and vet qualified third-party vendors to meet learning and development needs, both domestic and international.
• Provide regular reports to Senior Management and Executive Teams on employee learning initiative progress, gaps, and opportunities.
• Design and manage rapid-response training programs to meet imminent and emerging organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional internal business partnerships to identify departmental learning needs and SME’s available to address all needed knowledge gaps.
• Own direct and ‘dotted line’ management of learning and training specialists to ensure all employee training materials are developed and delivered on a consistent and timely basis.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all current industry training requirements to ensure all learning materials are industry-compliant and relevant to employees.
