Responsibilities: Engaging in the day-to-day operations of the farm, balancing my role with other professional commitments.
Implementing and championing regenerative farming practices to revitalise the land's productivity and environmental health.
Planning and executing regenerative planting, cover cropping, and holistic rotational strategies.
Managing livestock, including implementing rotational grazing to improve soil health and biodiversity.
Prioritising soil health through no-till or reduced-till practices and diverse crop rotations.
Cultivating partnerships with local markets, vendors, and community members to promote regeneratively grown produce. Achievements: Successfully transitioned the farm towards regenerative practices, significantly enhancing soil health and biodiversity.
