ConduentSenior Manager, IT Program & Project Management
May. 2017 - Dec. 2022Florham Park, NJDrove several transformational initiatives ($6 Billion Xerox spinoff founded in 2017), consolidated redundant systems, streamlined operations, enhanced revenue and reduced costs: Expedited spinoff of 4 corporate divestitures as related to time entry, billing, capital expenditure controls, data lake driven analytics and reporting. Consolidated (each into 1): 26 Time-Entry and Billing systems; 23 Customer Data Master repositories; 5 Salesforce instances (enforcing SFDC updates to the single global Customer Data Master). Managed development teams for line-of-business enhancements required due to these consolidations for: time entry, related billing and reporting; capital expenditure related monthly budgeting, tracking and reconciliation for hardware purchases and capitalize-able labor hours. Completed phase I of a multi-year effort to consolidate 52 datacenters (towards an end goal hybrid architecture of 3 major data centers and the cloud). This included thousands of client dedicated servers utilized for e-commerce as well as high volume back-end processing - migrated with no impact to ongoing business, simultaneously managing tech debt remediation - and all connectivity including related disaster recovery sites. Managed additional HR related IT initiatives, specifically, automation of onboarding and training processes for all new and terminated employees and centralized (and partly AI driven) interview and training processes for continuous and annual mass onboarding call center employees for corporate health insurance open enrollment periods. Vendor management during several restructurings included playing a key role in redesign of the capital expenditure approval and procurement processes, redesigned vendor onboarding, and replacing non-performing vendors for critical systems - with minimal operational impacts.
