Jun. 2011 - Jul. 2013London, United KingdomIn my Role at Starcom, I was responsible for the global launching of flagship Samsung Mobile Products, such as the Galaxy SIII, S4 and the Galaxy Note 1 & 2 I guided a team of cross media managers to create global media strategies, effectively increasing awareness and shifting preference away from competitors. As a result of the team's work, we have helped position Samsung as a truly innovative brand and the world's #1 Phone Manufacturer. My role included:
- Cross Media Activation Strategy; Development and implementation across Display, Mobile, Content, SEM, Social, TV, Print and Out of Home
- Reporting and Analytics: Implementing best practices for gathering learnings and optimisation away from only using behavioural based metrics (CTR) - Team Management: Recruitment, coaching, training, reviewing performance and personal development of managers and execs, (associates.) This helped lead to large team growth and excellent retention over my 2 years there.
