Feb. 2014 - Feb. 2016HerediaMy main role on this position was to troubleshoot VPN issues on Cisco ASA appliances and iOS devices; part of my activities was configuring B2B IPsec VPNs from scratch as well as Remote Access SSL VPN (AnyConnect). Besides that, I was involved on critical SEV1 troubleshooting calls where customers reported that their VPN went down hence I needed to apply a deep analysis to find the root cause using tools such as Wireshark, debugging and detect misconfiguration or even identify platform bugs and find workarounds. I developed a strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack to reestablish the connectivity as soon as possible.
