Project management for Thales global OEM account, including CCTV, Airport Surveillance, Infrastructure Tech Refresh, Back up & Recovery and Big Data Solutions
Consulting Program management for Data Centers Migration and FEHC for Maersk Oil, Ras Gas and QatarGas with an allocated budget of over 500K $ per project, Coordinating and leading VCE team, business partners, customer and internal teams. • Leading distributed subcontracted teams from different GEOs and regions. • Point of escalation and reference for problem solving and issues mitigation
