Sep. 2023 - Jun. 2024Seattle, Washington, United States · HybridLed development of the new federally-funded WA HCOP program, working with 4 Co-Principal Investigators and 7 staff members across three University of Washington departments. • Wrote the competitive grant needed to bring in $3.5M dollar five-year federal grant with a mission to bolster under-resourced Washington communities through programs that aid disadvantaged students on healthcare career pathways. • Built a 5-year/$3.5M grant budget and scope of work plan for 4 separate programs in compliance with federal requirements. • Cultivated resources, implemented project goals and timelines, and established quantitative/qualitative program evaluation for data-driven federal reports.

Lead program development, management, and education initiatives. • Administered a 5-year/$3.5M grant budget for 5 regional centers (2 in Washington and 3 in Idaho), including managing resources, developing project goals and timelines, and providing quantitative/qualitative program evaluation for federal reporting. • Fostered strategic relationships with diverse group of stakeholders to further program recognition and create cooperative opportunities for high-quality evidence-based programs. • Established two new regional centers through partnerships with the Washington Association for Community Health and Wenatchee Valley College. Wrote the 2023-2028 federal grant for the new Washington AHEC program
