KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Achieved a 212% increase in sales volume by creating a separate sales operations team to manage non-revenue-producing duties and assisted in developing customized marketing plans to drive business from existing clients. ★ Assumed responsibility for the Insurance sales vertical in 2016 - elevating sales volume for this vertical by 96% - attended insurance industry trade shows, and delivered presentations in front of large, diverse audiences. ★ Ensured the delivery of outstanding customer service, identifying and resolving customer concerns while communicating with marketing, support, and billing departments to ensure the seamless operation of sales. ★ Created a migration path for existing clients to move to new product platforms, devised Sales Commission Plans for the sales department, and led sales management meetings to ensure staff was updated on new sales targets. ★ Interviewed new sales representatives to maintain a pipeline of possible new representatives for the sales teams in the company, attended quarterly business reviews and presented detailed statistics on the Inside Sales Group.
