As a Strategic Change Director, I was responsible for leading and delivering change initiatives to facilitate organisational transformation for the Eastern Territory, which was one of two administrative territories of The Salvation Army Australia. Notable Achievements • Significantly improved organisation-wide access to information and enhanced operational efficiency through the delivery of an infrastructure upgrade – implementing an integrated intranet for 16 different sites, increasing stakeholder engagement from five per cent to a benchmark level of 75 per cent. • Streamlined processes and enabled information sharing for all key departments, standardising and simplifying departmental procedures and profiles, contact guides and centralised tools. • Led the development and implementation of strategic plans and reporting frameworks as a Subject Matter Expert, delivering corporate planning processes and reviews whilst ensuring their alignment with objectives. • Analysed trends and delivered insights to drive programme implementation strategies. • Defined and delivered the national restructuring and transformation strategy as the Principal Subject Matter Expert, conducting interviews, research and metric consolidation. • Utilised industry expertise in providing planning advice, assisting planning activities and influencing decisions in business change initiatives. • Championed and delivered change management with positive outcomes, driving gender equality within the workplace, throughout the organisation and at various levels of employment and client engagement.
