Sales Enablement Specialist: strategies focusing on sales enablement, our big challenge and goal was to make our new costumers sell as soon as possible, our main metric was time to first sell. Among the strategies we used to use Events, Online Events, Playbooks, E-books, and one to one training. Event Manager Specialist: Online Events, In-person: Feira do Empreendedor, ABCASA, Digitalks, B2W Summit and others. Project Manager representing Loja Integrada at VTEX DAY: 5 booths storytelling, full production, SMB stage agenda and content. Co-marketing campaigns with valuable partners: from beginning to end, a full deliver regarding co-marketing. Communication Strategy in each campaign: key message, personas, full audience, market analysis. Project Management: Juntos - Loja Integrada - the first ever event for all customers. It was a huge challenge to deliver this event, because the goal was to build a strong and human relationship with plus 1million customers in one online event. Influencer Marketing: hiring, contracting and managing the post schedule of our ambassadors: tier 1 and tier 2 ambassadors. Social Media: I was ahead of the social media strategy with our agency, all the strategy was thought out considering 4 brands on SMB at the time - Loja Integrada, GoCommerce, Xtech Commerce and Bora Vender. Project Management: Sacolinha do Instagram - A Campaign with huge success, with the increase of 1k new customers in the platform - this campaign had as results plus 600 new paid customers in our platform, with a ROI 10x and CAC 6x less comparing paid media channel (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others)
