I am a seasoned expert in digital UX/CX product design, research, project delivery, and branding identity – having led major digital-first Customer Service B2B and B2C projects and programs for last 17+ years at Bell, VirginPlus, Lucky Mobile and Aeroplan (Air Canada). As Lead Digital Experience Designer & Researcher at Bell Canada / VirginPlus Mobile / Lucky Mobile, I’ve spent the last 12 years leading design, research and delivery project teams with a focus on high impact user-centricity and inclusivity, delivering innovative transactional and account management UIs and flows. I oversaw delivery of a high volume of concurrent multimillion-dollar projects, in both agile and hybrid settings, providing end-to-end project support, while consistently meeting or exceeding business objectives and supporting longer term strategy roadmaps across all B2B and B2C platforms and brands. From 2007-2012, I worked as Lead UX Designer & Researcher at Aeroplan (Air Canada), where I solved many UX/CX challenges, including complex flight/car/hotel bookings, dynamic and diverse account management functions while fully attaining marketing, sales and engagement objectives. Leading the collaboration with top-tier agencies, I helped oversee 2 significant branding revamps, ensuring the company’s image aligned with its evolving service offerings.
