Liaise with occupiers, manage vendors, and oversee site staff which consists of over 21 people from various service providers. Contractor management of all service partners involved on my sites and managing their KPIs to ensure high service delivery, inspect sites to ensure all day to day operations are running smoothly and enhance building operations. Collaborate with portfolio management teams, building services, Health & Safety and insurance teams to enforce compliance with all laws and regulations. Organizing building events geared to increase engagement with occupiers some of which included food stands, pop up stalls, well-being events, Drop in GP from Harley Street and static bike riding competitions through Nuffield Health. Coordinate building upgrades and projects, document incidents, and create occupier action plans for projects. Prepare service charge budgets, raise permits, and contribute to construction plans. Involved in ‘Disruption Project’ where I was part of a small team of 10 people whose main purpose was to identify what the main disruptors of the property industry would be in 10 years’ time and come up with innovative ideas to ensure GPE remains best in class. Provided coaching to junior member of staff and involved with tender procurement processes for security, landscaping and cleaning. Involved with the launch of new building app. Negotiating an agreement with Universal Studios to use one of my buildings as their filming location for Wonder Woman 1984 and part of the agreement was to appear as an extra in the movie. Key Accomplishments: • Negotiated a £30k commercialization income from Wonder Woman film project with Universal Studios. • Being given a promotion to become a Senior OSM. • Receiving 100% bonus and being recognized under the ‘Going the extra mile’ award which is announced during GPE’s quarterly meetings.
