- global brand architecture (+3000 commercial products and brands, +70k selling units, 90 countries), -- brand licensing and protection - +60 customer insight studies annually covering purchase behavior, value pricing, brand equity, pre and post-launch monitoring, concept testing (value propositions, creative concepts, naming), customer experience
- global creative and market research agency management - Designed and led the creation of a global digital asset management platform for all marketing collateral, to improve A&P effectiveness and efficiencies by up to 20%
- Led and coordinated the Global Branding Committee, a senior management body that governs and arbitrates all major commercial branding decisions - Coached and trained +100 employees annually in specific marketing and sales excellence topics
- Key content contributor to the refresh of the Syngenta Marketing and Sales Excellence program
