Fleet Performance Superintendent As a Fleet Performance Superintendent, I play a pivotal role within the technical department, ensuring the successful implementation of performance improvement tools and technology across all ships and shore offices. My responsibilities include: Software Implementation and Training: Oversee the successful implementation of Ship Management and Ship Performance Software. Provide comprehensive training to shore and ship staff to proficiently utilize software modules and functions. Energy Efficiency and Compliance: Actively work to decrease overall energy consumption on board vessels. Monitor hull condition and optimize fuel consumption of machinery. Ensure compliance with emissions-related regulations (IMO DCS, EU MRV). Monitor Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) and Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) compliance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze captured data to enhance efficiency and productivity. Verify and submit emissions declarations. Conduct data quality checks on daily noon reports. Performance Monitoring and Training: Monitor fleet performance for energy efficiency. Implement company objectives related to fuel efficiency and CO2 reduction. Conduct feasibility studies for energy conservation on board vessels. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular training on energy conservation best practices. Prepare and send fleet performance reports to the Technical Director. 🫡
