Collaborated with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across domestic and international borders. Managed communication streams for successful product and infrastructure roll-outs and release cycles of major and minor updates on all published Cloud Services. Managed budgeting and reporting to senior leadership at CXO level. Budgets ranged from $3m -$15m per product. Key Projects:  Managed global rollout of Microsoft Cloud platform to all data centre locations including Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, Melbourne, Sydney, and Tokyo. This SaaS-based enterprise model was built ready for end-user implementation and allowed customers to purchase Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business products for their enterprise.  Managed development and rollout of Cloud backup service across multiple data centre sites globally. This is the use of CommVault technologies via API set, a SaaS based model for both Cloud and on-premise workloads.  Managed development of an Enterprise Mobility service across multiple company sites. This is the use of AirWatch technologies via API set, a SaaS based platform for MDM customers.  Led Unified Comms service across multiple company sites. This is the use of Cisco call manager technologies via API set, which effectively migrated customer on-premise call manager workloads to Cloud data centre locations.  Built dedicated product teams and established Product Owners. Implemented SCRUM Agile performance with R&D team. Grew team from five to eighty-five members within eighteen months.

My role as Project Manager commenced, and over the journey of a start up business, migrating up with the SME customer base, I became the Senior Program Manager for the team. The team consisted of 5 senior project managers, and 10 network and systems engineering resources. I advanced the project team to be Certified in Prince2 project management methodology. Dimension Data took over BlueFire Corporation in 2008. Throughout this 13 year window , my role expanded from then to a broader team management, whilst still managing senior programs. Key Project:  Managed the build of private cloud infrastructure for University client. Program Managed cloud Transformation with Citrix vCloud Director workload deployment SaaS platform. Assisted migrations of some 500+ applications across 26+ departments. Assisted built and migration of some 2,500 workloads on private cloud.
