Tasked to develop a robust organization HR platform across all sub-functions of HR (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, policies, benefits/compensation, retention, team building, culture, etc.) ➡️ HIGHLIGHTS: 🔹 Gained role as trusted source of HR information and guidance by establishing positive working relationships and staying in tune with organization-wide employee needs.
🔹 Guide HR projects, system and tool adoption, and resources by translating organization’s evolving and unmet HR needs into pipeline of new projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project lifecycle. 🔸 Improved recruiting and aligned functions to organization DEI goals by defining anti-bias/diversity strategy and philosophy, augmenting sourcing strategy, reviewing geographical plan, and training hiring managers. 🔸 Generated and implemented new measures to enhance culture of recognition and reward at TCP, specifically birthday and work anniversary messages and gifts and a future “wish list” of benefits for future growth. 🔸 Developed medical and family leave policy by teaming with legal colleagues and conducting external research, providing TCP with FMLA-compliant parental and medical leave policy and disseminating information firm-wide. 🔸 Created performance management strategy and toolkit by collaborating with external consulting and gaining high-level input from leadership team, with approach and tools well-suited to organization. 🔸 Designed set of capability continuums to further inform talent development and performance management.
