-Build lululemon brand awareness and presence in new markets. -Create local social media campaigns and content strategy -Adhere to and uphold brand voice in designated market via social media and in-community marketing -Implement Global content strategies, and adapt to local audience
-Execute marketing strategy in alignment with KPIs and global/ regional brand marketing strategy
-Execute community initiatives, events and experiences.
-Track KPIs for all initiatives; create and present post event reports to Regional Marketing Director, Regional Brand Director, and Global Brand Team
-Recruit, select, and on-board lululemon brand ambassadors
-Identify key styles from global collections which best suit the region
-Negotiate vendor contracts, manage vendor relationships
-Achieve 100% of regional strategic sales target -Schedule and manage photoshoots, oversee content creation -Build and manage relationships with influencers and agencies
-Build a comprehensive database of digital assets for media campaigns
-Maintain brand and merchandising standards with strategic sales partners
-Analyze competitive positioning, products, brands and spending
-Manage regional community, events, & marketing budgets
-Initiate and present market SWOT analysis, conduct ongoing market, customer, and community research -Develop and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships
