• Respond to customer product inquiries via written internet-based email or chat sessions or telephone in urgent cases
• Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters
• Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning equipment (Touch panels) • Field consulting on unique product problems
• Contribution in the knowledge base by creating technical notes and knowledge objects
• Use Invensys tools and processes to report product performance issues and share knowledge of issues and solution
