• Supported and used all technology tools and resources to ensure proper processes including ADP for weekly payroll processing.
• Ensured timely and accurate billing and time records.
• Monitored scheduling of staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime.
• Ensured on-call phone and assigned staff are professionally trained and available as needed.
• Ensured care and coverage of 24/7 to meet the need of our clients and protect Brightstar Care standards including safety and injury prevention.
• Enforced and maintained all Joint Commission Accreditation (JCAHO) standards of excellence.
• Complied with all standard Federal, State, and Local regulations and employment law and practices as well as maintaining current business, tax and health license.
• Ensured education and compliance of all HIPPA regulations and requirements.
• Ensured that security standards are consistently practiced and enforced to protect client and employee records.
