• The goal: We were recovering 1 gram per ton on the heap leaching process and when we switched to traditional milling, we started to recover 5 grams per ton, and we were able to rework all the tailings from the damns (3 million tons) and recover a lot of gold ounces with cheap operation cost. It was a home run of more than 6.3 billion additional incomes.
