• Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Manage the traffic department, including import/export and expediting processes.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and processes across departments.
• Implement Contract Strategy from brown fields and administer a wide range of contracts, including supplies, mine services, rentals, and various specific agreements (e.g., tailings dam, mining and civil engineering contracts, lodging, chemicals, explosives).
• Planning and Project Management, execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Direct procurement projects, focusing on Total Cost Ownership (TCO), and facilitate mine and plant expansions and operational transformations.
• Implement saving plans within category management, achieving an average of 4 million USD cost saving and avoidance annually.
• Handle both Opex and Capex procurement efficiently.
• Spearhead the implementation and standardization of ERP systems, including JD Edwards, NetSuite, and others.
• Train and enhance the Supply Chain and Operations teams' expertise.
• Monitor, measure, and improve KPIs across supply chain activities.
• Manage explosive administration and negotiate with government, unions, and communities regarding essential supplies and consumables.

• Isabella Project, we built the mine from a green field at Lunning Nevada US, Open Pit Mine 6000 tons/ day, 300 employees.
