• Directed restructuring initiatives across core Business Units, optimizing workforce efficiency and scalability to meet evolving business demands, enhancing agility in a high-growth environment.
• Designed and executed the HR strategy for the transition of the Duba Port (Port of NEOM) to the NEOM Company, a first-of-its-kind transfer of a strategic national asset to a private entity in the Kingdom.
• Facilitated the establishment of the NEOM-DSV Joint Venture (USD 10bn), building the pathway for transitioning Oxagon’s Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit to the new JV, working with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee deployment process, while ensuring operational continuity.
• Co-developed and launched a training program aimed at empowering local female talent, equipping participants with the skills needed for the maritime industry, contributing to workforce diversification and local community development.
• Led Oxagon's strategy for NEOM's Scholarship Program, sponsoring 100+ students from various key disciplines, aimed at preparing local talent for future workforce needs for both NEOM and international investors.
• Advised on multiple centrally led initiatives, including the establishment of NEOM’s Interim Authority, and subsequent activation of its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational readiness.
