• Be a Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers, closely aligning on roles' expectations and requirements (weekly meetings, calibration, panels)
• Elaborate and Implement targeted Active Sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent on a global scale (Market Mapping, Minimum Viable Profile) • Conduct Direct search calls, HR interviews, interview panels, pre-closing & closing calls
• Constantly provide candidates with feedback, to ensure stellar candidate care and transparency • Collaborate with agencies and external partners, conduct briefing calls and calibration meetings Roles: Backend, Frontend, SRE, Tech Platform, DevOps, Mobile (across seniorities) Other projects:
• Organise, participate and present during company Events (e.g. HUG Digital)
• Implement strategic hiring based on Data, in collab with Personio's BI department
• Automate and centralize coordination through implementation of JIRA
• Standardize referral processes and implement tracking of agencies’ performance
• Write articles for Personio's Career page to attract engineering talent
