Work with associates to evaluate & develop end to end human capital strategies,ensure proper integration & alignment to HR strategic goals.
Design policies, interacting with different circles, understanding trends & ensuring overall welfare of organization & structuring commercial transactions.
Partner with business leadership in succession planning, leadership development/deployment and larger scale transformations in talent, both short term and medium term.
Provide insightful data to guide decision making, offer proactive solutions, solve problems, getting to the root cause and resolve issues.
Create an agile and highly effective People Operations team by developing skills and competencies and providing career development opportunities into, out of and within People Operations.
Manage all People Care-related systems,vendors and tools including HRIS,Applicant Tracking System, Talent Management,Payroll,Time & Attendance,T&D,Reporting & Analytics. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 [𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹]
Work on business processes and design flows and define the Workflow Configuration.
Continuous approach with customer representatives to evaluate their demands, which then can turn into a logical and technical business model that can be achieved through software.
The primary duty is to customize the business area in question and make sure the new system reacts in the manner that the client intends it to. Coordinate efforts with the technical counterparts and perform data mapping activities of the new system. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Sales, Marketing and customer service functions.
Provide Financial Input - Company’s pricing policies and how they affect sales.
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
