• Set and executed Mavenoid’s go-to-market plan and sales strategy, including positioning, market research, messaging, defining the ideal customer profile, structuring the sales process, developing the pitch, and setting the pricing structure and business model. • Led US market expansion through hiring, training, and leading the growing sales team from two to eight employees. Conducted 120+ interviews for roles across the company. Under my leadership, the ARR grew by 10% MoM.
• While leading the team, I was still expected to bring in business on my own. 70% of the revenue between the seed round and Series A and 50% between Series A and Series B comes from my individual contribution through signing deals with iconic brands such as Bosch, HP, Logitech, De’Longhi, Jabra, Wallbox, Medion, Easee and Cambridge Audio. Mavenoid automates technical support for hardware companies. A Series B of $30mn was raised in the summer of 2022 from renowned investors, including Creandum, Point Nine Capital, Mosaic Ventures, Smedvig Capital, NordicNinja, and ABB Technology Ventures.
