GoCourier and E-China were two of the biggest projects I managed. - Starting from how the app will work through the successful final product, I managed all the processes of GoCourier, which was later sold to one of the biggest logistic companies in Ukraine. - E-China, a project requested from Nova Poshta, was a marketplace where people could shop from multiple Chinese vendors or shops. The whole process was successfully implemented and delivered to the client under my management.

Sep. 2015 - Jul. 2016Citymobil is the second largest mobility as a service provider app, later acquired by Mail.ru Group. I managed the main platform through which about 200 staff members worked. Analyzing the needs of all stakeholders, I developed the platform. Specifically, the user experience was improved and new features were added to increase the quality of the service.

It created impressive Joomla templates built on T3 Framework, as well as Joomla extensions for K2, Virtuemart, redSHOP. Having joined the team through investors, I was responsible for the success of the project from scratch. Under my management 13 team members were recruited, 100+ templates were developed and sold all over the world, all within a year.
