Reporting to the CPO and CSO, was responsible for developing a library of nutritional recommendations using current, high-impact research. This was the library used by the prototype. Built testing programs for the prototype to evaluate all health profiles, numbering over 30 million possibilities. Presented prototype and testing results to the CTO prior to IPO deadline. Have been asked to coordinate system implementation by the technology team.

Jun. 2022 - Oct. 2022I had a really terrific time starting as a scientific writer at insurance and longevity company FOXO Technologies. I had the opportunity to develop longevity-related media including blog posts and social media content. I also had the wonderful opportunity to independently prototype an algorithm-driven system to personalize recommendations to a user. Each individual would have a profile developed from their epigenetic data, underwriting data, and self-report. This profile would be matched against a library of recommendations, which I had developed, and matched to the recommendation profiles. The best recommendation matches for each category were returned to the user. I'm looking forward to continuing with FOXO as a product engineering intern in the fall!
