- Oversaw the relationships and deliverables with branding agencies, suppliers and service providers
- Responsible for the growth of all Mansour’s digital marketing platforms ( LI, YT, FB and IG )
- Tracked and evaluated the KPIs of all Digital Media Channels (i.e. WhatsApp, Email, SEM, SEO, SMS, Display Ads, Retargeting Campaigns, Remarketing, landing-pages, Video views, Social, Etc.)
- Successfully launched Mansour’s newest Sales Centre in Nasr City
- Determined necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in-line with the marketing budget - Allocated the budget across different projects in accordance with the monthly sales targets - Spearheaded all rebranding initiatives and revamping of the corporate identity, brand guidelines, and website
- Worked alongside a team of top notch developers to create a CRM friendly, e-commerce platform, UX | UI, and admin / vendor dashboards which helped manage contracts with brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Achieved an overall traffic growth of 126%, organic growth of 37%, and total sales growth of 23% from Q3 2021 > Q1 2022
