Recruiting, interviewing, and selection of talented candidates to fill vacant positions.
Responsible for driving and maintaining the culture of the organisation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals and to ensure integration.
Statutory reporting. Coordinate training.
Design, implements and maintains performance management policy and program to drive a high performance culture.
Conduct training needs analysis annually to guide selection of required training initiatives within the organisation and for use in reporting.
Custodian of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment in South Africa.
Oversee and makes recommendations on annual salary reviews.
Investigate accidents and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.
Conduct salary surveys to ensure market related salaries are being paid.
Prepare, maintain and report on HR budget.
Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations, tracks trends and address problem areas within the organisation.
Represent the organisation at employee related hearings and investigations.
Manages the expatriate program between offices globally.
Prepare for and report back on both the labour and ISO audits annually.
