• Fostered effective communication and alignment of objectives with the CEO, Marketing, and Operations departments, driving revenue growth for the core product.
• Piloted the creation of a specialized sales team and process for a secondary SaaS offering, achieving significant growth to over $60k in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) in the first 90 days.
• Conducted quarterly reviews to ensure alignment between incentives and company goals and that the team members motivation led to results through integrating incentives, training, process optimization, and weekly/monthly incentive contests.
• Developed and implemented an optimized onboarding and sales enablement strategy for new sales hires.
• Built out a Sales and Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate forecasting, deeper focus on forward-looking strategy, and optimization of the buyer journey.
• Managed cross-departmental teams on the delivery of key initiatives, including the implementation of company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and a standardized performance review process.
