To promote the use of HR systems policies and processes, challenging appropriately as
• Advise managers on HR related matters, disciplinary, poor performance etc.
• Manage exit process for staff, carrying out exit interviews.
• Talent management, organizational development and labour relations (including
Trade-unions).
• Management Reporting.
• Manage all HR generalist and administration functions.
• Ensure legal compliance with all relevant HR legislation.
• Roll out Skills Development plans and initiatives.
• EE reporting and EE Committee Head.
• Completion of Workplace Skills Plan.
• Labour law & company policy interpretations.
• Employment laws and regulations.
• Counseling to managers & employees.
