* Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overall social media strategy, editorial calendars, and campaign plans aligned with business goals. Making news, original content to brand, deliver every brand needed, making recall content from Podcast
* Content Creation: Ideate, create (video, graphics, copy), edit, and publish engaging content, including short-form video for trends.
* Community Management: Foster active communities, engage with followers, and manage user-generated content.
* Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, and present insights to stakeholders.
* Leadership: Mentor junior staff, manage freelancers, and collaborate with design/content teams.
* Trend & Crisis Management: Stay updated on trends, experiment with new features, and handle negative publicity or crises effectively.
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok
* Content Skills: Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
* Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management, analytics, and design software.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and report on campaign effectiveness.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to articulate business reasons behind content choices.
