Designed many features for the company’s flagship product and made complicated workflows easier. Beside that I laid the foundations and developed the design system in Figma for entire company. In close collaboration with frontend engineers, I worked on the code by committing UI fixes and merging simple Pull Requests on GitHub to the real product.

The customer journey map helped define user tasks, pains and gains at every step of purchasing a mobile phone or a tariff plan. It gave a few assumptions transferred to detailed interactive prototypes with development specifications. While searching for ways to improve the design process, I developed the design system in Figma.

Making the entire line-up of bank financial services and functions available with a simple AI assistant mobile application was challenging. I'm grateful for the opportunity to influence the industry by setting up new standards since the current record for setting up an ANNA account is 2 minutes and 37 seconds. Traditional bank service spends days and weeks on that exact process for SMEs.
