Manage onboarding of all new colleagues, including ensuring appropriate functions (Payroll, Information Technology, Benefits) are notified in a timely manner to ensure a streamlined new hire process.
Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. Participate in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures and communicate to employees as needed.
Assist with employee relations process, including performance management, disciplinary action and exiting of employees.
Assist with the merging process with the new parent company in all aspects regarding the Human Resources Department in implementing new HRIS system, Benefits, policies, etc.
Prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Track employee leave (FMLA, short- and long-term disability, personal).
Administer enrollment, changes, and monthly reporting in company benefit programs and coordination of proper deductions with payroll department. Setup Payroll/HRIS data such as new hires, pay changes, address changes, benefits, review dates, termination, etc.
Administer health and welfare plans including plan enrollments and terminations. Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers; review billing from insurance providers and resolve discrepancies and codes for payment; assist employees with benefit issues and is involved with the annual enrollment program.
Maintain all aspects of performance review process for exempt and non-exempt employees. Analyze salary survey information to determinate competitive compensation for the performance review process and current/future positions.
Coach and support Managers with employee issues and questions pertain ADA, FLSA, EEOC.
