Oct. 2012 - Jul. 2013In my role, I spearheaded the development and management of the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) service line, including its supporting infrastructure, resources, capabilities, and solution offerings. My responsibilities involved creating EIM roadmaps and business cases for clients, as well as handling vendor and product selections. I defined and developed capabilities across various domains such as Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Quality Assurance, Data Integration, Master Data Management, ERP Integration, Data Warehouse definition and deployment, and Business Intelligence. This included establishing BI models, entity models, data mapping, taxonomies, and ontologies. Committed to nurturing talent, I took on a mentorship role, actively participating in recruitment and the development of our resources. - Achieved a $3.4 million increase in incremental sales revenue through the establishment of an EIM-focused delivery group, enhancing our product delivery capabilities.
