Delivery ClubProjects Lead in Acquisition & Couriers Retention Team

- build the infrastructure for managing the acquisition and retention of couriers processes
- create a roadmap and manage the backlog of tasks for hiring and retaining couriers
- define metrics and gather reports to track the performance - analyze business processes and put forward hypotheses for their improvement;
- conduct user research, analyze the market;
- calculate the economic efficiency of product solutions;
- define a scope of necessary improvements in the mobile application for couriers,
- find the best solutions between business requirements, legal restrictions, technical capabilities and couriers wishes in prioritizing shifts and distributing orders
- provide cross-functional coordination between dev teams, product, architecture, operating unit, finance, lawyers, commerce, etc. Main results:
- draw up the first couriers journey map in the service (CJM), at the end we got insights on product improvements and found a bottleneck in onboarding processes
- achieved +1% couriers retention growth with implementing additional breaks in shift and saving MpH
- achieved +2% SH growth per courier due to changes in shift appointment process
- achieved from +10 to +30% growth of own couriers share in different cities and +1 point of NPS growth in terms of schedule satisfaction among self-employed couriers through changing in the algorithm of prioritizing self-employed couriers in shifts over partners’ couriers
- achieved +1%growth of self-employed couriers share due to the launching acquisition in 15 new cities with a positive economy
