As a Business Analyst, I took part in Product teams. I enjoyed learning new things and developing myself to provide the best experience to our users with 8 different applications in 4 different companies. When I started my career with TAG , concepts such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Metabase, Scrum, Agile, Daily, Analysis, Flow, IT, Product Team, Marketing, Advertising, User, Content, UI / UX, AB Test came into my life. I felt the contribution of what I learned while planning the developments in FLO application, which has a large number of users and high sales volume in FLO. It was great to get the Instreet app live and experience a certain user and sales. In addition, it was a source of pride to plan the measures to be taken and actions to be taken during the infrastructure change made with the Magento2 transition and to take part in such a project. I improve my career by learning and applying concepts such as technical analysis, flow diagrams, user and event tracking, funnels, comprehensive UI change, and UML, SRS, BRD, ERD in Sirius. I am a BA in Hepsijet now. I get experience on cargo, deleiveries and logistic. It is good to use my all skills as a Service Owner in Customer Integration, Last mile, Financial operations and Customer Portal. I am also improve myself with some education. I am interested in Agile analysis and BPMN. I use SQL, Postman, Confluence, Jira , Miro.
